As well as the control of processes and activities of any&lt;br&gt;company, before made on paper, today are inserted in a vast range of management&lt;br&gt;systems of information, simpler, as spreadsheets Excell, to more sophisticated ERPs.&lt;br&gt;Base on these factors, it can be affirmed the immense importance in order to&lt;br&gt;promote the improvement is still in the development of software. The classical model&lt;br&gt;of development of software, with its vision sequence of tasks, was well accepted until&lt;br&gt;the 1990s. However using this model, the majority of organizations develop software&lt;br&gt;without using any process, and the outcome of this lack of systematizing the&lt;br&gt;production of software, is the low quality of the final product, budgets and deadlines&lt;br&gt;lost, and in addition to hinder the development of software.&lt;br&gt;In replies to shortcomings in the traditional model, emerged proposals agile&lt;br&gt;methodologies for the development of software. And the methodology agile chosen&lt;br&gt;for studies in this work was to SCRUM, seeking to identify: how adhering this&lt;br&gt;methodology would be to the practices of PMBOK; and how could the coexistence of&lt;br&gt;both in the same organization.
